Some dads do the very minimum. Some won't change diapers. Some won't bathe littles. Some won't tend to the infirm. My man does all of these things. And tonight he proved his love for his baby girl by going above and beyond.
Lillian, you are so blessed to have a Daddy who loves you enough to paint your fingernails. There are girls who will never know that kind of dedication.
(And look at that perfectionism! He even held his tongue just right.)
It takes a real man to carry his wife's purse (mine will), a real man to eat quiche (mine will), and a real man to wear a pink shirt (mine would if he had one). Any man can be a father, but it takes someone REALLY SPECIAL to paint his daughter's fingernails. Mike, you get the Special Dad award!
I love the second picture! That's too cute! The kids all talk about that time when Kyle painted my toenails (when I was 9 mos pg). Glad I took a picture of it. :)
